Preparation Instructions
Cooking Instructions Product must be fully cooked before eating. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures may vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly. Oven 1. Preheat conventional oven to 200°C (Fan Forced 180°C). 2. Remove the tray film and leave roast in the foil tray with soaker pad. 3. Cover with foil sprayed on the inside with oil to prevent sticking. 4. Cook for approximately 100 minutes. 5. Remove foil and cook for another 35 minutes or until cooked through.
Usage Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 48 hours. Ensure product is completely thawed before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at or below -18°C.
