Latina™ Fresh Classic Ricotta & Spinach Agnolotti Pasta makes an easy meal with fantastic flavour, perfect for busy nights. The filling is made with Australian ricotta cheese, eggs and spinach, with a little bit of Parmesan. A family favourite, this meal is also a good source of protein and fibre with no artificial colours or flavours.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina, Ricotta Cheese (19%) (Whey (Milk), Milk, Salt, Food Acid (Acetic Acid)), Water, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Gluten), Vegetable Oil, Spinach (3%), Egg, Wheat Fibre (Whey Powder (MIlk), Salt, Parmesan Cheese (Milk), Dried Spinach, Flavour, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Nutmeg. Pasta wrapped around a Ricotta and Spinach filling.

Preparation Instructions

Cooking Instructions: Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Return to the boil and cook for 5 mins. Stir occasionally, so those pastas on top get cooked too. Drain. How we like to finish it: Put in some baby asparagus to the pot of pasta for the last two minutes of cook time. Thinly slice some red onion while cooking your Latina Sundried Tomato Sauce (cooking instruction on pack). Pasta must be cooked before consumption.

Storage Instructions

Must be refrigerated at or below 4ºC. Consume within 3 days after opening.
