Herbs & Spices [Smoked Paprika (30%), Cumin (15%), Chilli (12%), Cayenne Pepper, Coriander (6%), Parsley (3.0%), Cinnamon (2.0%)], Sugar, Onion, Sea Salt, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Garlic, Ground Rice Hulls, Natural Colour (160c).

Preparation Instructions
Remove meat or protein from fridge 30 mins before action. Sprinkle over 1 tsp of rub per 100 g of meat and massage in. Or mix 1 tsp of rub with 2tsp of olive oil per 100g meat and marinate for 20 minutes.
